|Recommended: YesLove The Landing — The Landing is an older property, but we'll maintained. It's a quiet place. The office staff are phenomenal. They are always friendly and ready to help. The only concern I have is the maintenance in the apartment. Just a few little things, but I think they could be better. I'd also like to see the apartment refurbished after being a tenant for at least 5 years or more. Thank you

Overall this complex is very safe and quiet.just could use a little make over.

I bought Bengal Roach Spray, even though I was told they sprayed by Pest Control. The roaches are out about. With enough cleanliness persistence on my behalf, they will be outta sight. Very satisfied with the structure. Low noise, other than children running, yelling, playing outside normal . Great view of the creek. Perfect location. Really like it here plan on being here many years to come. Keep up the good work. Thank you

|Recommended: YesLove This Apartment — I LOVE HOW THE OFFICE TAKE CARE EVERYTHING IN THIS APARTMENTS THEY ARE VERY NICE AND MAKE YOU FEEL SO COMFORTABLE
|Recommended: YesDog Waste — It is so kind of you to provide the dog waste stations. I wish there was a way to catch the owners of the very large dog that has multiple piles of poop left behind.
|Recommended: YesFantastic Experience — I’ve lived at the Landing for over a year now and it is by far the best apartment complex I’ve dealt with. It’s quite, facilities are well kept, and it feels very safe. The front office service is Phenomenal. Patty, Haley, Keysha, and Amanda have always been kind and helpful any time I reach out to them. Any maintenance requests are addressed immediately and taken care of correctly by the maintenance staff. Would absolutely recommend living here, my experience has been nothing but positive.
