|Recommended: YesGood Quite Place — The office staff is great, helpful and friendly. I feel safe in this neighborhood and appreciate that the neighbors are mostly quite. Everyone we have met has been friendly. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. A few unleashed dogs and more than a few dog piles not being picked up. Over all a great place to live with kids.

|Recommended: YesI Really Like Living At The Landing. — I just moved into a unit at the beginning of this month. I needed to get moved into an apartment quickly as my previous lease was ending. The leasing consultants were very accommodating with getting my application processed and getting me moved in within a week of my application. They are all polite, professional and knowledgeable. The staff members and management are great. I have not had any issues with anything yet. It is clean. It’s is quiet where I am at. Anyway, it’s nice and it’s affordable for me and my 3 children. I’d rate this place at least a solid 7 stars I recommend The Landing to a friend.

|Recommended: NoRoaches — Since moving in day one live roaches in unit. Notified front and they came the following Wednesday to spray. It's been 3 weeks and I still kill roaches in my unit daily. Have spent money on bottles and bottles of roach spray and they still keep coming back. Very disappointing need to fix

Although their maintenance is great .
This my first time moving into a cockroach infested apartment my first night I didn’t have bed so I had to sleep next to cockroaches… on my second night after going to purchase a water vacuum I shortly realized that they had not cleaned the carpets there was a Dog here before me there is still dog hair and pee stains all over the apartments I have passed my water vacuum 10times and the water is still coming out nasty there are holes all over the apartment multiple clogged sinks I don’t even know where to start when I go to them .. cuz I did get my lease for 4 moms unfortunately .. before getting an apartment we looked for 4months plus finally after multiple times getting denied i the front office when online it said open but in person they were booked they finally gave us an apartment after a whole month wait when movers had left they told us we had to wait
