|Recommended: YesWonderful staff, no hassle maintenance, beautiful area, great fishing, friendly and helpful neighbors, incredibly safe area. I have lived here since 2012 and have loved every second of it. I only wish we had a washateria. We do have washer and dryer hookups so that's a plus. Great place to live

|Recommended: YesI Love It — I have lived here maybe 2 weeks and i LOVE it. I just moved out my parents house, and i chose the landing for my new home and it has exceeded many of my expectations.
|Recommended: YesExceptional Staff — Ive lived here going on 8 years. The staff is very easy to work with and they have always worked with me through financial difficulties. Covid, or job loss The manager Patty is an awesome person, and her staff is always happy and kind. The only negative I could talk about is you cant pick your neighbor and you never know what youre going to get.... But its an apartment complex what do you expect The cost of rent and the apartment team is what keeps me here. Overall, the office staff is a delight, and maintenance is on top of their game.
|Recommended: YesOverall Good Review — I don't have an issue with the amount of parking availability. My issue is the width of the spots. They are very narrow and barely large enough for me to part and get out of my vehicle without parking too close to the car on my passenger side.
