|Recommended: YesPeaceful And Quiet — I have been living here at The Landing for a few months and so far it has been nice and quiet. The grounds are kept nicely and maintenance is taken care of quickly. My only problem is parking and that is because I need a disabled parking space. There is only one convenient for me and there is another resident always there. Other than that I like it here.

|Recommended: YesOverall Review — I do enjoy living here regardless of noise, the property maintenance for each unit could use some work. I honestly stop sending in requests for things because they all get fixed temporarily instead of for long term. However despite all that I would definitely recommend the landing apartments to friends and other looking into getting an apartment

When I moved in we had some roaches it was taken care of right away.
My air condition stopped working it was taken care of right away.
Leak in ceiling after the hurricane it was taken care of right away also.
The grounds are kept up nicely it’s clean and no safety concerns.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

|Recommended: YesProperty — Let me start with the office staff, AMAZING Patty is a sweetheart Kasha is the best I’ve ever met and Serene is such a pleasant bubbly soul. 10 10 recommend this place just because of the office staff. Lastly the maintenance is always on point and comes AS SOON as a problem may occur.

I never thought I would ever live in apartment again in my life, but now after living here, not sure I want to leave It’s very pretty, clean, safe, and other renters very respectful and friendly too. 100 would recommend
